LifeOfMine is an AI-powered life platform that provides access to a team of specialized AI agents designed to assist with various aspects of your daily life, including:

- General life management and coordination assistance
The Service delivers AI-generated recommendations, suggestions, and information. All outputs are for personal use and informational purposes only. LifeOfMine does not sell, ship, or handle physical goods. Links to third-party retailers or services are provided for convenience; any transactions are made directly with those third parties under their own terms.
3. Account & Access
Access to the Service requires an account. You register and authenticate using your email address via a secure magic link — no passwords required. By providing your email, you confirm that you are the authorized owner or user of that address and that you are at least 18 years of age.

4. Credits & Payments
Access to certain features of the Service requires credits. Credits can be purchased through the app and are consumed as you interact with the platform. All credit purchases are final — please review our Refund Policy for details.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and do not expire unless your account is terminated for a violation of these Terms.

When using the Service, you agree to:

- Use the Service for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or other users.
6. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, recommendations, and suggestions. You acknowledge that:

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Payment information is processed by Stripe and is not stored on our servers. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOICE OF YOURS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR CREDITS IN THE THIRTY (30) DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
