- Chat messages and conversations — the messages you send to our AI agents, stored to provide continuity of service and to personalise your experience.
- AI-generated memory — preferences, goals, and context our system infers over time from your conversations to improve the relevance of agent responses.
- Location data — collected only when you explicitly grant permission, used to provide local recommendations (e.g., nearby restaurants, events).
- Camera and photos — accessed only when you explicitly grant permission, used to upload style photos for the Santi fashion agent.
- Push notification token — collected when you grant notification permissions, used to send you alerts about agent responses and deal updates.
- Usage and transaction logs — records of credit purchases and consumption, used for billing accuracy and your usage history.
- Device and technical data — approximate device type, operating system, and app version, collected automatically to ensure compatibility and diagnose issues.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Authenticate you and maintain your account securely
- Deliver personalised responses from our AI agents based on your history and preferences
- Process credit purchases and maintain accurate billing records
- Send push notifications for agent responses, deal alerts, and low-balance warnings (only if you opt in)
- Provide location-based recommendations when you grant access
- Improve and maintain the reliability and performance of our Service
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell your personal information to any third party.
4. Third-Party Services
We work with the following trusted third-party providers to deliver our Service:
- Stripe — processes credit purchases securely. Payment card details are entered directly on Stripe's platform and are never stored on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment transactions.
- Google Gemini AI — powers the AI agents that process and respond to your messages. Your conversations may be sent to Google's API for processing in accordance with Google's data processing terms.
- Expo (Expo Push Notification Service) — delivers push notifications to your device. Your push token is shared with Expo solely for the purpose of notification delivery.
- Neon / PostgreSQL — our cloud database provider, used to store your account data, conversations, and usage records securely.
We do not share your personal information with any other third parties except as required by law.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data — including your conversations, AI-generated memory, saved collections, credit history, and profile information — is permanently deleted from our systems within a reasonable timeframe. Stripe may retain payment transaction records as required by applicable financial regulations.
6. Your Rights and Choices
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — you may request a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
- Deletion — you can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly within the app (Settings → Delete Account). You may also submit a deletion request by emailing us at [email protected].
- Correction — you can update or correct your profile information within the app or by contacting us.
- Opt-out of notifications — you can revoke push notification permissions at any time through your device settings.
- Revoke location or camera access — you can withdraw any device permission at any time through your device settings without affecting your ability to use other parts of the Service.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), signed session tokens, and secure server infrastructure. Authentication uses cryptographically signed one-time magic links — there are no passwords to compromise. While we take these precautions seriously, no system is completely immune to risk, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

LifeOfMine is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
