Refund & Dispute Policy

All sales are final. LifeOfMine does not offer refunds for subscription payments.

No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our styling service, all subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, it cannot be reversed, credited, or refunded. This applies to all subscription plans, including weekly and monthly billing cycles.

By subscribing to LifeOfMine, you acknowledge and agree that all charges are final at the time of payment.

Your subscription payment covers access to our personal styling service, which includes:

Third-Party Purchases

LifeOfMine provides styling recommendations with links to third-party retailers. Any purchases you make through those links are transactions between you and the retailer. Refunds or returns for products purchased from third-party retailers must be handled directly with the respective retailer under their own return policies.

Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after cancellation), please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days. We will review the issue and resolve any billing errors promptly.
